With your go-ahead, we submit your application to the chosen lender and manage all communication on your behalf.
You’ll receive conditional pre-approval giving you clarity on your budget and confidence to make offers.
When you’ve found the right property, you can make an offer knowing your finance is already underway.
Once the lender approves your loan unconditionally, you’ll pay your deposit, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
We liaise with your solicitor or conveyancer to confirm finance approval, allowing you to move forward with peace of mind.
We guide you through this critical stage; ensuring your loan documents are signed, property insurance is in place, and any shortfall funds are ready.
The lender releases the funds, the property settles, and ownership is transferred; it’s officially yours.
Our relationship doesn’t end at settlement. We check in to make sure everything’s running smoothly and stay available for future needs or questions.
